    so looking at that video again and pausing it at the description for strength it says it just works for clubs, shotguns and sledgehammer? I'm not gonna lie it is going to feel really weird not boosting strength for damage with fists or well any Melle weapon. unless I'm missing something.

    One thing I noticed in both videos was the sound of being hit in heavy armor - it uses the same sound effect as hittin metal doors/walls, and I find that a bit distracting. It would make it difficult to tell on horde nights whether the sound is myself being hit, or the zeds trying to break into my base. Any plans to change that to an effect that sounds more like armor actually being hit?

    As someone who's worn plate armor and been hit, I can guarantee it sounds a lot different from smacking a wall.

    I think one of them does. Kind of a test but it works.
    Just a matter of finding the time to balance and set up everything, make sure the UI can actually display the stats...

    This is a small ask, but for the sake of OCD, could we start at 101 health and stamina at Lv 1?

    Also curious, I think Joel mentioned during the last stream, there won't be a level cap, does this mean if we hit Lv 300+, our health and stamina will also be 300+?

    Stats are balanced so that you can not go far beyond the 90% cap.
    Random stats may tip you over slightly but going all out with this would look very broken because armor would claim that it gets better as you find more pieces but then it doesn't. Things that look broken are to be avoided. =)

    Alternative: start at level 0, -1 skill point.

    I third or fourth or fifth or whatever some more inventory controls. I like the drag to distribute 1 in each slot function, also.

    As far as I know stamina and health are capped at 200.
