Most items are double placed in Random Gen like trash piles, rocks, boulders, trees and nearly any kind of loot container/ harvestable plant while creation, with a distance of 1-2 blocks. Looks strange when running through the wild and finding a red backpack and two steps away, there is another red backpack. Dont know if it is a 7dtd dedicated server standalone error or occuring on all builds

I've noticed the double red backpacks in single player. Seen in desert and wooded areas.

I've seen it a few times now, but I had just chalked it up to a fluke of the RNG. I have not seen it with rocks, but I have seen it with (different types of) trees. Mostly the occasional backpack and trash pile, though.

It happens with RGW from what I see. Two trees, two backpacks, two birds nest, etc. etc. etc.

Yeah, I noticed this too. Don't think there's much they can do about it at the moment. Maybe when they've finished working on the bigger stuff they'll tweak the distribution of loot containers.

Same. Seen a POI get placed twice on the same spot with one being offset a block or two.

Looking into this, seems to come back after a fix in testing
