Original scrap iron walls created from 9 scrap iron can't be upgraded to reinforced Scrap iron walls. upgrade to reinforced scrap iron walls only works from a block that came from a wood fram originally.

Bug is still present in 13.4. To clarify: I am talking about scrap iron walls that you craft and place directly. Upgrading from wood frames up or from scrap iron frames up does work.
