Ha that's funny, I was just reading your thread on Mega-City at the same time.

I'm going to switch DLL's now and give it a try.

I have some prefab ideas just for your mod too! Already got a head start on them.

=D

Thanks Doom.

I already have the next pack made.

*sigh* :moody:

Just takes me forever to edit the vids. Honestly I could make another prefab in the time it takes.

I'll get faster I think. [I really really really hope.]

And awesome would like to see these ideas. The biomedecos themselves were stompys great vision. The compo pack mags and yeh everyone on that post have contributed a great lot to it. They deserve more credit for this then i. i only discovered how to fill cities etc

... i only discovered how to fill cities etc

That's pretty much what saved the game!

People were leaving because of the empty cities.

You deserve all the credit you get.

Thanks for keeping this awesome game alive.

I know it's set to be huge one day.

I wanted to clarify about the 32x32 versions of the prefabs in the pack.

You only need the regular 45x45 ones in your mixer.

I included those 32x32 versions to help you fill half empty blocks.
You can spawn them in manually if you need something to help you fill up a town.

You don't need them in your mixer.

I am still occasionally finding small towns with half empty lots.

That's one of the reasons why I made utility Combo Pack and that's why I included 32x32 versions of these ones.

Hope that helps.

Until the Mixer is completely figured out, a little help from some smaller buildings will do.

Oh also.....

How do I edit my first post? I want to change to version number.
These are compatible with 13.7

Do I just copy the files into my prefabs folder?

Do I just copy the files into my prefabs folder?

Copy the prefab files paste them into the game prefab folder. Then in rwgmixer you need to add the lines of code.

This is simple copy another line in the mixer then replace the prefab name with the name of each prefab in this pack.

Ummm if your using hub_rules you need hub_layout. Easiest way is to add luckystars lines to the sections you want them to spawn and add the prefabs to the game prefab folder.

okay :beguiled: so what is the difference between a hub_rules and me adding it like, eg., this in my rwgmixer :

<!-- this is an example do not use ->>

<hub_rule name="ruralSmall">
<hub_type value="rural"/>

<path_material value="asphalt" />
<path_radius value="7" />

<prefab_rule name="townBuildings" prob="1"/>
<prefab_rule name="curboltsPOIs" prob="0.25"/>
<prefab_rule name="LuckyStarsPOIs" prob="0.10"/>
</hub_rule>

that's what each pack i wrote a first line. i don't know if i am doing this wrong, but i haven't gotten any redlines yet so i think it works :positive:
