View Full Version : hal9000 assign doors/chests lockables to yourself upon import

I can create and import a prefab, however any door or lock or storag chest does not get assigned to me. so it is set to its default unlock or lock value. is there a way to set this to be owned by me? so on import i can jus set a securtiy code and leave the door locked or unlocked depending what its for?

The problem is the owner information is stored in the chunk data and not the prefab file. So when importing there's no owner data to read.

At the moment the nearest solution would be to extend the import function to auto assign the importer as the own of any tile entity. Not ideal because you can't pick and choose what to assign but better than nothing. I'll have a look next time I'm digging around in the code.
