Use Harmony to edit the assembly in real time, thus eliminating the need for a new version for every update.

Correct but for those that don't know how to do that, they still need the file. I will update in a few.

Just include the harmony dll file and use it in your mod, where you inherit the mod object and make your changes at run-time.

Thanks! , but my server won't start when using the latest version (b240). The server stucks at 300mb RAM usage and control panel won't open

Did you put the dll on the server aswell? Only supposed to be on the client.

It only needs to be on your client side, nothing on the server.

Well my attempt at getting harmony to mess with the assembly at run time failed.

Will this work on the b240 stable version? (Is there even a difference between the b240 stable and b240 experimental?)

One way to test if it works is put it in your game lol. I am fairly certain I read somewhere from a dev or moderator that exp b240 is the same as stable b240

Yep b240 experimental is the exact same as b240 stable the experimental branch was just pushed to stable.
