    Bug: lines missing in items.xml


    gunPistol has the line below, just as before
    <passive_effect name="EntityDamage" operation="perc_add" value="0"/>

    all the other "gun" types still have their respective lines, except:

    gunMR10 does not, the line is not there.
    gunCrossbow does, but it's commented out:
    gunToolNailgun does not, but not sure if it was there before

    for the MR10 the entire section:

    Bug Description: Trying to throw a molotov from a height of 6 blocks down to ground. Arm swings, but molotov is not released. Molotov will release if thrown distance is down 1 block.

    Bug Description: When trying to start a new world, I deleted the save game folder (/home/sdtd/instances/A17ILLY/Paconu County) but starting the server keeps saying world found.

    Tried a few times same result.

    Ran 'locate "Paconu County"'. Directory was found in /home/sdtd/engine/Data/Worlds/Paconu County

    Deleted this directory and now a new world is generating on server startup.

    Logs show that server config is successfully loaded and parsed from /home/sdtd/instances/A17ILLY/config.xml. Also admins.xml and webpermissions.xml also show as successfully loading and parsed from the same instance directory.

    Reproduce steps:

    See above Description.

    Actual result: b233 server generated world in /home/sdtd/engine/Data/Worlds/Pocuna County, and /home/sdtd/instances/Pocuna County

    b240 server used files located in /home/sdtd/engine/Data/World/Pocuna County instead of finding no files in /home/sdtd/instances/A17ILLY/Paconu County and doing fresh world gen.

    Expected result: b240 server uses the path specified in SaveGameFolder server config.xml


    EDIT:

    I also noticed that previous world were also in /home/sdtd/engine/Data/Worlds. This is the first time I have not updated RWG settings. Maybe I'm showing a lack of knowledge myself?

    Does world info (as generated) live in /home/sdtd/engine/Data/Worlds, and player stuff, or world modifications live in the SaveGameFolder (in this case /home/sdtd/instances/A17ILLY) ??

    Reproduce steps: full inv , run get encumbered , dump inv , still encumbered


    Press F1 to open the console, then type dbs
    This will open a panel in game for you to type the bug in.
    once done click ok
    there will then be a SCREENSHOTS folder in the main 7 days folder.

    Bug Description:
    If in the cement mixer you create 36000 fine sand with 6 stacks of stone, as soon as you close it, the stone disappears and the fine sand stops making.

    Reproduce steps:

    1) The player uses 36,000 stone to transform it into fine sand.


    2) The cement mixer begins to transform the stone into fine sand.


    3) When we close the mixer and reopen it, we see that it did not create the fine sand and the stone disappeared.



    NOTE: This only happens if we put 6 or more stone stacks at once. Putting 5 stacks or less this does not happen.

    Not true. Almost all seeds I've tried have skyscraper_04, and I have seeds with 02 and 03 as well.

    Bug Description: Attacking an Ally (within party) with a burning weapon (burning shaft mod) leads to Ally burning and taking damage, although friendly fire is off. Not tested with torch. Guns won't harm them.

    Reproduce steps: Equip weapon (in this case machete) with a burning shaft mod. Send party invite to a friend and let him accept, then hit him.

    Actual result: Party member starts to burn

    Expected result: No damage

    I started this server Dec 15 and it has always crashed through the previous A17 builds as well.

    Actual result: (description of what is occurring) - Server is crashing after 10-20 minutes of play

    I've attached logs from server and from client.

    Expected result: (what you expect to occur) - No crash so I can continue to play. I've been loving A17 - especially all the new dungeons.

    Status: NEW (I don't have screenshots, but I saw someone else was having this bug so I wanted to add that they weren't alone, and they did have screenshots. Unfortunately it was difficult for me to grab because the debuff would only last a few seconds at a time.

    Bug Description: Encumbrance popping up every few seconds and lasting for 3 seconds, hurting stamina

    Reproduce steps: Log in. Inventory not full. Craft Yucca Juice and farm, inventory still not full. Encumbered crafting and not crafting.


    Actual result: Encumbered when not actually encumbered.

    Expected result: Not being encumbered when inventory isn't full.

    Bug Description: In Navezgame, two POIs at the western side of the western most lake, each one has a boat-like structure that falls apart when a gas barrel on it is picked up.
    Locations: 793 North by 1580 West and 497 North by 1601 West

    Reproduce steps: Visit coords, pick up gas barrels.

    Actual result: Structure collapses.

    Expected result: For the structure to not collapse.

    Joe, he's trying to throw the Molotov _below_ the height he's standing. Not Upwards

    Been an issue since the first A17 experimental. Sometimes the green bar fills, you release and nothing happens, other times it will release but instead of going out to where it was aimed it will break right on you.

    Edit: just tested in my b240 fresh game started a few hrs ago. Molotovs are definately better than they were.

    In pic I'm standing 4 blocks above ground. If I aim at the ground within 5 horizontal blocks and throw a Molotov, it lands where aimed, but also catches me on fire. I added in the slat/grate thingy flat on the ground where the crosshairs are to indicate that aiming there or closer burns you.
    Anything past that, the straight line of scrap frames, is fine.



    Personally I hope it will be possible to throw Molotovs down onto the block next to you (horizontaly) and if you're 3+ blocks above it not get set on fire. But that may be asking too much (sry for all the torches)

    i have yet to see any skyscrapers. only building i have seen more then 2 stories high has been the new shotgun factory.

    Most of my reported bug lists are still in the game. If a tester wants to break up all 50 something bugs into separate tasks, you can do so, but I'm not going to. I will update the list into one mega list in a couple days and check which ones are truly fixed and which ones are not.

    However the biggest bugs that are still present are: (this is after clearing saves, verifying files, new saves, and not using mods)

    1) Crafted LV 6 quality guns only have one modification slot.

    2) Modifications that add Carrying Capacity (ie Triple Pockets) do not add Carrying Capacity. Makes them a useless modification.

    3) Olympic Swimmer does not increase swimming speed, despite the perk stating that it does.

    4) Crossbow hits are always considered sneaking and apply sneak attack damage, even when not sneaking.

    5) Silencers do not work at all. Makes them useless.

    6) Wearing full HazMat suits does not protect you in radiation zones. Makes the items useless.

    7) Rockets rarely explode on contact with terrain. They will explode on contact with zombies, but not terrain. It may be something to do with damage falloff range or something unintentional going on.

    8) Removing dirt piles in Red Mesa, on the bottom floor, sometimes leaves this tiny speck of dirt floating in the air that is invulnerable. I consider this important as red mesa makes a really great base location and is very easy to defend against hordes as you can easily funnel enemies down a specific path. There is also some "dead block areas" where no blocks can be placed at all, in Red Mesa.

    9) Getting airdrops in Radiation Zones. The radiation should be lethal to the airplane pilots, like it was to the pilots who dumped cement on Chernobyl. Plus as hazmat doesn't help you, you can't ever retrieve those crates anyways.

    10) Flurry of Blows does not apply to all melee weapons or tools. Only certain ones like the Machete or Stone Axe.

    Bug Description:

    Reproduce steps: Floating pois persist. I would the large junkyard, and its anchor ground was the building half.. I hit one part of the scrap wall, and while the building remained, the rest slowly crumbled spectacularly.

    I know its a bug, but it IS fun to watch.
