    The Day Telltale Died

Starting at 4:40 stop watching by 6:00 so about two minutes. I found it real interesting how Telltale fired everyone. check this out.

Damned NDA's preventing many from speaking out.

"CEO opened up with jokes during a meeting the morning the firing happened at Telltale"

YouTube vid seems broken, but it's on Season 4, Episode 4 of "Patriot Act with Hasan Minhaj" on Netflix.

that is correct. 2 minutes in that episode the guy interviews a former worker of Telltale.

Just watched it. The telltale bit was really short, but all together that was a really good episode. Really on-point with a lot of the topics too.

Sounds just like the film industry; 14 hour days are normal.

To be fair, so it retail. I used to work 14-16 hour days on a regular basis. As a manager, I'd clock 90+ hours in a week and not even blink about it.

Yeah but would you be willing to put in the extra hours without being compensated, overtime pay etc.?
I guess I would never be cut out for the gaming industry. No way I would ever do over time unless I'm getting over time pay. There is no company I would work for without pay.

If you work any salary position you would work overtime without pay. This applies to all areas of work game designers and movie stars aren't special

Hey! If you're interested in a good video about the day Telltale died, Noclip has a stellar documentary on their channel. Here's the trailer:

It's really sad how things went down.
