it should be, after you have a forge do you throw away jars?
We usually don't throw them away. When looting we build chests in front of the building (especially for larger POIs) to collect and stack the loot in them. There we also collect glass jars. But when we need to haul the loot back to our base, we usually don't haul stuff we don't need. So glass jars are often left behind in this loot-collector-chests.
I don't see it a s throwing away, because the glasses remain collected in the boxes (often empty, murky and water).
After some time we have chests scattered all around and many of them contain glasses. It already happend often, we roamed around, ran out of water and it made things really easier that we just need to go to one of our loot-chests and immediately had water (or at least glasses to cook water at the place), instead of loot anything else and hope to find glasses (as always, if you need glasses/water fast, you won't find any for sure).
if you do not take them with you that would fall undr throwing them away. throwing them away=not keeping, not bringing back to base, scrapping.![]()
They accumulate to silly
Numbers in my chest. But usually
First to go if I need space.
Blasphemy! Jars stack to such a high number I just always keep an empty one on me. Lead, followed closely by coal and nitrate get left behind much more frequently. And honestly with how easy to gather brass has become I haven't been averse to leaving some of that behind as well.
For me it depends on what kind of base design I have for the current game.
Some games require a Molotov factory.
