You are trying to connect to an Anti Cheat protected server..

This error is happening, and I seem to not be able to connect despite all my efforts. I have tried enabling EAC (via launcher), starting from 7D2D_EAC.exe... reinstalling EasyAntiCheat_SetUp.exe, REINSTALLING 7days to die, verifying integrity of game file. Nothing is working!

    Help!

"You are trying to connect to an Anti Cheat protected server without Anti Cheat protection enabled. Please restart the game with Anti Cheat protection enabled and connect again!"

I was playing game yesterday and day before and it was ok. When you look to the steam forum, many peoples have the same issue. It occurs only on EAC enable servers. With no EAC enable everything is working fine.

Just resolved this issue on Windows 7; turns out EAC wouldn't start because a system certificate expired.

On my system; it was due to differing Windows updates for too long. Let them run, restarted. All issues fixed.
