    Indirectly. Because you need more time to kill the zombies you will have less time to open loot containers. So your scavenging will rise slower and your loot will be lower quality

    On the other hand, higher difficulty means higher gamestage, higher gamestage means bigger hordes, bigger hordes mean more xp, more xp means earlier Quality Joe.

    Quality Joe is the most overpowered perk.

    IMO, nerf or remove quality joe.

    Quality Joe is only an average increase of 100. Getting Scavenging to 81 has a far larger impact, especially with the ability to combine stuff.
